This is where production starts. Every garment we make begins with the reception of our fabrics. To ensure our jeans always fit perfectly, we perform a shrink test on each roll of fabric. We then mark out the pattern placement and make sure the fabric waste is at it’s minimum. The fabric is then spread, cut and ready for assembly.

This is where everything comes together. Every pair of Yoga Jeans touches the hands (and machines) of our team of crafters, made up of dedicated foremen & forewoman who operate and run the machinery that assemble our jeans. Assembly steps include: embroidery, stitching, front and back pockets & zippers, which sounds simple when listed but really required from the crafters to be precise, patient, quick, and have humongous attention to detail.

This is where we perfect every pair. The final steps before completion is where everything is sewn together, belt loops and hems in place, hardware including rivets and buttons adjusted and finally inspection of quality and craftsmanship. Production can be challenging, every crafter needs to work to the same rhythm. We put so much love into every single stitch.
