ORDERING QUESTIONS

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, because our system is designed to fulfill orders very quickly, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

The delivery times and costs will be displayed in the shopping cart at the time of your order.


However, please see below to give you an idea of our shipping charges.



Please note that we currently do not ship internationally.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

The selected carrier transit times will be displayed prior to checkout and an estimated delivery date will appear for an 

order placed on that day. Please note our distribution center is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm EST excluding national holidays. Any order placed outside of those business hours will be processed the following business day. Although we try to process every order the same day, it may take an additional 24-48hrs to process your order during peak periods.


*We are not responsible for additional delays that may be caused by our carriers’ potential strikes or grievances that may interrupt their services. Actual delivery times and costs are subject to change


You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select. All orders are subject to verification and the order may be delayed or canceled if incorrect information is provided. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


You can also visit the Order Status page to see updates and sign up for alerts. In order to view the Order Status page, please click the View Order link in your Order Confirmation.


WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?

Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed.


HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

Please note that the email sent is a DO NOT REPLY, therefore should you have any questions, please contact customerservice@yogajeans.ca

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Please also note that for all orders sent to the United States, a signature is required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 15 days of the shipping date.


All returned items must be in their original condition - unworn and unwashed, with all hang-tags and labels attached.


We cannot accept returns of liquidation or “Final Sale” items. (This does not include seasonal or promotional sales events that may happen during the year.) These specific items will be marked FINAL SALE at the time of purchase.


Although we are happy to provide free returns, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.


To return an item, please visit our Return Portal and follow the instructions on screen.


Please note that the complete Order Number must be entered (ie. CAEn#XXXX).


We will do our utmost to process your return within 14 business days. As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding initial shipping costs) to the payment method used to place the original order.


Note: Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement. This additional delay depends on your bank and credit card.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.


The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN NEW PRODUCTS BECOME AVAILABLE OR PROMOTIONS ARE ANNOUNCED?

Yes. Simply subscribe to our newsletter and you will be eligible to receive email updates on new products, sales, events and other special announcements. 


WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY YOGA JEANS DENIM?

There are many ways in which you can care for your jeans to lengthen their lifespan. We always suggest reading the care label inside your Yoga jeans for style specific instructions. As a general rule, you can follow these steps when caring for your denim products: Machine cold wash, do not bleach, hang to dry, iron at low temperature, wash colors separately.


Should your YOGA JEANS have distressing (holes), please place your jeans inside out in your washer, and use a gentle cycle.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEANS ARE BLEEDING?

Indigo dye used in the denim often causes bleeding. It’s in the nature of the fabric to discolor. Unfortunately, this is inevitable, which is why we include a disclaimer on our jeans. Take precautions as darker denim may cause discolorations of light colored upholstered furniture and garments.


There are simple steps you can take that will help to keep your jeans from bleeding less. 


- Wash your jeans inside out using cold water (make sure to wash the jeans by themselves).


- Add a cup of vinegar to your cold water rinse (only use white, household vinegar). The vinegar will help seal the dye within the fabric so that they won’t continue to bleed.


- You may want to put your jeans through several cold wash cycles before you wear them (remember to turn your jeans inside out each time). 


- Do not put your jeans in the dryer (always let jeans hang to dry).



DO YOU OFFER LONG LENGTH AND EXTENDED SIZES IN YOUR JEANS?

Yes, we do have jeans available in both long lengths and in extended sizes. If you don't find your size or length online we encourage you to email us at customerservice@yogajeans.ca and our customer service team will assist you.


ARE THE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE THE SAME AS IN THE STORES?

Yes. Although our website may have a greater selection than a store in your area, the products are the same. To find a store in your area, visit our Store Locator page.


WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

We will never share your email address or personal information with any third parties. Any information collected on this website will be used for fraud control, order verification or internal marketing purposes only. For more details on our privacy policy, visit our Privacy Policy page.


WHAT SIZE DO I TAKE IN YOGA JEANS?

We have taken the time to fit all of our YOGA JEANS, therefore in our Style Descriptions, you will find specific details as to how each style fits.

DOES YOGA JEANS HAVE A GUARANTEE?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within one year of purchase. (with proof of purchase)
