To return an item 0-39% Off , please follow the instructions on screen.

1. CONTACT US - Email info@yogajeans.ca to request a return form. Once we've discussed the details and provided a Return Authorization (e.g., CAEn#XXXX) number, we’ll give you further instructions to complete the return. 

2. REVIEW Product - Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition—unworn and unwashed, with all hang-tags and labels attached. To prevent any issues, kindly inspect your item for pet hairs or lint and remove them both inside and out before sending it back.

3. DELIVER - Send your return item by mail following the instructions provided by our customer service team. Please include your invoice or packing slip in the return package with your return number (RA) on it.

4. QUALITY REVIEW - Once we receive your return, we'll confirm the status of the items and process the refund accordingly. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our quality standards. You'll receive an email notification once your return is processed.

5. REFUND - We'll refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs, duties and return fee) to your method of purchase. We do not offer free returns at this time; 7.95 + tax shipping rate will be deducted from your refund. This process typically takes up to 14 business days upon receipt of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the return of funds. We strive to process refunds promptly upon receipt, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.

We're unable to accept returns for any product marked as final sale at a 40% off or higher. These items will be clearly labeled as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase. Please reach out to customer service for any issues with your order at info@yogajeans.ca.
