MAIL IN RETURNS: For orders over 40% off and higher, Yoga Jeans is not responsible for any shipping or duty costs for returned items. We recommend returning items via courier or registered post to ensure they are protected and insured during transit.

Please ensure that returned items are in their original condition—unworn and unwashed, with all hang-tags and labels attached. To prevent any issues, kindly inspect your item for pet hairs or lint and remove them both inside and out before sending it back.

Although we thoroughly inspect items before dispatching orders, if you encounter any issues upon receipt, such as damages or defects, please contact our Customer Service department at info@yogajeans.ca as soon as possible, regardless of eligibility, to resolve the issue promptly.

We're unable to accept returns for any product marked as final sale at a 40% off or higher. These items will be clearly labeled as FINAL SALE at the time of purchase. Please reach out to customer service for any issues with your order at info@yogajeans.ca.

While we're glad to offer free exchanges and returns (on 0-39% off items) , please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. REVIEW - Email us about your order and why you'd like to return it. Once we've discussed the details and provided a Return Authorization (e.g., CAEn#XXXX) number, we’ll give you further instructions to complete the return. Please include your invoice or packing slip in the return package with your return number on it. 

3. DELIVER - Send your return item by mail following the instructions provided by our team.

4. QUALITY REVIEW - Once we receive your return, we'll confirm the status of the items and process the refund accordingly. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet our quality standards. You'll receive an email notification once your return is processed.

5. REFUND - We'll refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs and duties) to your method of purchase or issue a gift card, depending on your return eligibility. This process typically takes up to 14 business days upon receipt of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the return of funds. We strive to process refunds promptly upon receipt, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
