HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please reach out to our customer service team at Info@yogajeans.ca. We'll do our best to assist you, whether it's before your order is shipped or afterwards. Feel free to contact us with any questions before placing your order—we're here to help!

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal. Plus, we've partnered with Sezzle, offering a convenient 4-payment option plan.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $250 CAD before taxes. For orders under $250 CAD, expedited shipping (3-4 business days) is available for $12 CAD.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days after you place them. This processing time isn't included in our shipping estimates. Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding local holidays.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.


If your package is lost, delayed, or you received a delivered status update, but the package has not arrived, please contact info@yogajeans.ca so we can assist you.


Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping or delivery partners.


WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?

Your payment will be put on hold until we confirm that your order is good to go. Once confirmed, we'll capture the payment, and your card will be charged before the order is sent out.


HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you another email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online.


Please note that the email you receive will be a "DO NOT REPLY" email. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@yogajeans.ca.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

To ensure security, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Additionally, please be aware that for all orders sent to the United States, a signature is required upon delivery.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

We'll refund the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs and duties) to your method of purchase or issue a gift card, depending on your return eligibility. This process typically takes up to 14 business days upon receipt of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the return of funds. We strive to process refunds promptly upon receipt, but please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.


WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?

Your order number is actually your Customer PO#. This number is located on your invoice at the top right hand corner. (ie. CAEn#XXXX).


WHY DOESN’T THE SYSTEM RECOGNIZE MY ORDER NUMBER?

When returning an item, please use the return portal on the website where your item(s) were purchased. If your order number begins with CAFr#, please return it through the French website. If your order number begins with CAEn#, please return it through the English website.


WHAT DO I NEED TO INCLUDE IN MY RETURN PACKAGE?

Please include your invoice or packing slip in the return package with your return number on it. You will receive your return number my emailing us.

WHERE CAN I FIND A STORE NEAR ME THAT CARRIES YOUR PRODUCTS?

CAN YOU TELL ME WHEN NEW PRODUCTS BECOME AVAILABLE OR PROMOTIONS ARE ANNOUNCED?

Absolutely! Just subscribe to our newsletter, and you'll become eligible to receive email updates on new products, sales, events, and other special announcements.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CARE FOR MY YOGA JEANS DENIM?

Always recommend checking the care label inside your Yoga jeans for style-specific instructions. As a general rule, follow these steps when caring for your denim products: machine cold wash, do not bleach, hang to dry, iron at low temperature, and wash colors separately.


If your YOGA JEANS have distressing (holes), please place them inside out in your washer and use a gentle cycle.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEANS ARE BLEEDING?

The indigo dye used in denim can often cause bleeding, as it's a natural characteristic of the fabric. Unfortunately, this is inevitable, which is why we include a disclaimer on our jeans. To minimize bleeding, take the following precautions:


  • Wash your jeans inside out using cold water, and wash them separately.
  • Add a cup of white household vinegar to your cold water rinse. This helps seal the dye within the fabric to prevent further bleeding.
  • Consider putting your jeans through several cold wash cycles before wearing them, remembering to turn them inside out each time.
  • Avoid putting your jeans in the dryer; always hang them to dry.

DO YOU OFFER LONG LENGTH AND EXTENDED SIZES IN YOUR JEANS?

Yes, we offer jeans in both long lengths and extended sizes. If you don't see your size or length available online, please feel free to email us at info@yogajeans.ca, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

ARE THE PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE THE SAME AS IN THE STORES?

Yes, absolutely! While our website may have a wider selection than a store in your area, the products are exactly the same. To locate a store near you, simply visit our “Find our Jeans” tab.

WHAT SIZE DO I TAKE IN YOGA JEANS?

We've carefully fitted all our YOGA JEANS, so you'll find specific details on how each style fits in our Style Descriptions. 


Plus, we offer a Size Chart and Size Finder to help you determine your size.

WHEN WOULD I RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT

In-store credit will be issued as a gift card with a code. For exchanges or issues with an item, please email customer service at info@yogajeans.ca. You will be issue a giftcard if any order is outside our return/exchange policy.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT 

Simply enter the code at checkout; there’s a specific section to add your promo code or gift card number.

WHERE CAN I FIND THE GIFT CARDS

If you want to purchase a gift card, type "gift card" in the search box, and you’ll find it there. You can also go to our homepage, click on the dropdown menu under "Shop," and select "Gift Card" under categories.

HOW TO USE THE GIFT CARDS

Simply enter the code at the payment stage—there’s a specific place to add a promo code and/or gift card number.

IF I BUY JEANS FROM A BOUTIQUE AND NEED MORE INFORMATION ON EXCHANGES OR RETURNS, SHOULD I CONTACT YJ CUSTOMER SERVICE?

No, if you made your purchase in a boutique, please contact them directly. All boutiques operate independently from us. Please note that you also cannot return or exchange a style bought on the YJ website in a boutique.
