We process all orders within 1-3 business days after you place them. This processing time isn't included in our shipping estimates. Orders are ship Monday through Friday, excluding local holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you need to make changes to your order, such as correcting the address or adjusting sizes, please contact us immediately at info@yogajeans.ca to ensure adjustments can be made before your order is shipped. If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay the shipping charges ($12) again.

If your package is lost, delayed, or you received a delivered status update, but the package has not arrived, please contact info@yogajeans.ca so we can assist you.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by our shipping or delivery partners.

2. Confirmation - You will receive an email to confirm your order has been received at the email address that you provided when placing your order. Make sure you double-check all the information on your order to make sure it is error free. 

3. Potential touchpoint - If there is any additional information we must relay to you regarding your order, we will reach out within the fulfillment period via email. If you have not heard back from us please check your spam folder before reaching out. 

4. Shipping Confirmation - You will receive a fulfillment confirmation email when your order has been shipped.

5. Delivery - Your order will be delivered to you in the appropriate timeframe of Canada Post or Fedex
